Mitchell, S.D. – Dakota Wesleyan University Athletics announced the matchups for the 8th annual girl's classic and the 14th annual boy's classic on Friday, February 10 and Saturday, February 11. The DWU/Culvers Classic will return to The Corn Palace for 2023 after being held in Salem, S.D. last year.
"We couldn't be more excited to host an exciting slate of high school basketball games," DWU Director of Athletics Jon Hart commented. "As always, this event will feature some of the best teams and players in the state. This event wouldn't be possible without the cooperation of local teams, sponsors and our headline partner, Culver's."
Games over both days will feature 10 girls class "B" teams, seven girls class "A" teams, 10 boys class "B" teams, and eight boys class "A" teams.
Tickets for the two-day event will be sold exclusively at the door each day, $10 for adults, $5 for students, and kids five years of age and under get in free.
All Games will be streamed exclusively online as Pay-Per-View at https://portal.stretchinternet.com/dwu/. Each day will be separated with a morning and afternoon session at $8.99 per session.
