MITCHELL, S.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University Sports Information Department was awarded two national awards and one regional award by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) in its annual Publications & Design Contest.
MITCHELL, S.D. – With the 2019-20 academic and athletic year coming to a close, it is only fitting to recognize a senior class that has impacted Dakota Wesleyan University in a multitude of ways in the final edition of the Feature Friday segment.

MITCHELL, S.D. – What began as a hobby of reading poetry in high school evolved into writing poems for the Dakota Wesleyan University basketball teams at the national tournaments. For Bob Sprang, he started writing poems to show support for the teams, but it quickly developed into an expectation prior to each national tournament game.

But the entire Dakota Wesleyan University baseball and softball teams had to endure this emotion as it became a reality when the NAIA canceled all spring sports in early March due to COVID-19.
Sioux City, Iowa – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and its member institutions announced the suspension of all GPAC intercollegiate sports activities (which includes organized practice and competition), starting on Monday, March 16, through Sunday, April 5, 2020.
