MITCHELL, SD — The Dakota Wesleyan University athletic department recorded a final GPA of 3.53 for the 2024-25 school year.
Between 17 athletic programs, a multitude of academic majors, and hundreds of student-athletes, the Tigers have been competing at the highest levels on the field of play while excelling in the classroom. This year's department GPA is not only a reflection of the hard work and dedication of Tiger student-athletes, but also the efforts of professors, mentors, coaches, administrators, and campus resources that have contributed to their success.
Among all athletic programs, the Women's Cross Country team recorded the highest GPA, achieving a perfect 4.0. Other standout programs include Volleyball, who would record a 3.87 GPA, Cheer with a 3.81 GPA, and Women's Basketball with a 3.77 GPA.
