General: The 6-foot senior brings experience and leadership to the mound for the Tigers entering his final season.  

Junior (2019-20): Tallied 3.1 innings pitched ... recorded three strikeouts. 

Sophomore (2018-19): Appeared in 10 games … totaled 10 innings pitched with a 4.50 ERA … also recorded two saves.

Freshman (2017-18): Pitched in two games during his freshman season.

High School: Strubel brings experience to the shortstop and second-base positions … played for Post 7 for three years … also was a member of the Huron wrestling squad for four seasons and earned most team pins in 2016 with 26.

Personal: Born April, 27 1999 … son of Michael and Lisa Strubel … a criminal justice major.

MITCHELL, S.D. – With 343 days separating their final game of last season to their 2021 season opener, it is safe to say the Dakota Wesleyan University baseball team is anxious to begin a new season. The focus for the Tigers after so long off is to focus on themselves and control what they can control.
