General: Will have an increased role on the defensive line in his third season with the program.

Redshirt Freshman (2017): Appeared in all 11 games for the Tigers, recording 2.7 tackles a game.

Freshman (2016): Redshirted.

High School: In his senior season with the Buffalo football team his team finished with a 9-2 record … named to the Western Great Plains All-Conference twice … in wrestling Chase had an eighth-place finish at the state meet … on top of all of Chase’s athletic success, he was also a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born on May 4, 1998 … son of Darren and Lana Chase … majoring in business.
