SEWARD, Neb. – For the second-straight week, the Dakota Wesleyan University football team will be back on the road to face Concordia University after falling to Briar Cliff University a week ago on a cold, blustery day in Sioux City, Iowa.
The Tigers raced out to an early lead as Daniel Libolt (Chambers, Neb.) took the opening kickoff back 92 yards for a touchdown to give DWU a 7-0 lead. The Chargers scored on a 93-yard touchdown pass to even the score at 7-7 later in the first quarter.

In the second half, DWU forced a Charger punt early on. Both defenses held strong throughout the rest of the second half, but the Chargers scored late in the fourth quarter on a 12-yard touchdown pass and secured the win 20-13 over DWU.
