SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Steven Christion has been named the GPAC's Special Teams Player of the Week following his performance against Dakota State over the weekend.
Christion would get the Tigers out to a hot start against the out-of-conference rival after returning the game's opening kickoff for the 95-yard touchdown, which would end up being one of the team's two touchdowns that they would score all evening. DWU would pull out the victory, 16-14, with Christion's touchdown playing a pivotal role in securing the win.
