General: Looks to build off his first two seasons in the distance events with DWU.
Sophomore (2016-17): Competed in the SDSU DII Invite, DWU Alumni Open and Mount Marty Outdoor Invitational.
Freshman (2016): Competed in the South Dakota State University Holiday Invite and took 14th in the mile run with a time of 4:56.57 … at the Dordt Indoor Open he took 15th in the 3,000-meter run … took 10th at the BVU Invite in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:28.28 … in the outdoor season at the Zach Kindler Wildcat Open, he took fifth in the 5,000-meter run in 17:34.94.
High School: Ran cross country and track for the Raiders … had a time of 17:21 for his best cross country mark in a 5K race … finished with a personal best of 10:57 in the 3,200-meter run … a best of 4:57 for the 1,600-meter run … 2:16 was his best mark for an 800-meter run … was part of the Stevens state-championship track team for two years … received the honor of Academic All-State.
Personal: Born on May 30, 1996 … son of Mike and Trish Blank … majoring in christian leadership and non-profit administration.
