SIOUX CITY, Iowa — The Great Plains Athletic Conference has released the 2025-26 All-Conference teams for Men's Wrestling.
The first athlete to be honored is Second Team All-Conference 133-pounder, Kipp Cordes. Cordes wrapped up his conference season at the GPAC Championship Tournament, where he finished in third place in a competitive field. The Wall, South Dakota native finished the regular season ranked 19th in his weight class and was able to grab four wins at the GPAC Tournament to solidify further his momentum heading into the NAIA National Tournament. The other All-GPAC honoree is 174-pounder Jagger Tyler. The Mitchell native was just the third wrestler in program history to win a GPAC title outright and pulled out a clutch takedown in the final moments of his title bout to grab the conference championship. Tyler wrapped up the regular season ranked 14th in the NAIA at his weight class and automatically qualified for the National Tournament following his championship victory.
The Tigers wrapped up the season with a 6-8 record in dual meets, going 5-3 when facing GPAC opponents, and grabbed their highest placement as a team at the GPAC Championships in over a decade, taking third place on the leaderboard. These two All-Conference athletes will also be competing alongside Teagan Foreman at the NAIA National Tournament starting on Thursday, March 5th.
