General: Enters his final season for the Tiger men’s cross country team.

Junior (2016): Began his junior season with a 46th-place finish at the Augustana Twilight Meet … took 15th at the Gage McSpadden Invitational in 21:15.4 … at the Briar Cliff Invitational he added a 17th-place finish with a time of 26:20.6 … tallied two fifth-place finishes at the Mount Marty Invitational and the 2016 GPAC Cross Country Championships … qualified for the NAIA Cross Country Championships.

Sophomore (2015): Ran the 8K course at the Herb Blakely Invite in 27:41 for a 19th-place finish … finished in the top ten with a ninth-place finish in the Dean White Invitational with a time of 27:35.91 … finished in 55th place at the Briar Cliff Invitational with a time of 27:08.08 … finished in 28th at the Mount Marty Invitational with a time of 27:06.20 … led the Tigers at the GPAC Cross Country Championships … finished the GPAC meet in 24th place with a time of 27:08.14.

Freshman (2014): Finished the GPAC Championships in a time of 27.11.21 on an 8K course … competed at the Briar Cliff Invite and ran a 27:13.81.  

High School: Ran cross country for two years in high school … also participated in track, basketball, and football for Kenesaw High School … had a top finish of 11th place at state cross country with a best time of 17:30 for a 5K … had a 4:44 for his best mark in the 1,600-meter run … finished with a 10:40 mark for his best time in the 3,200-meter run.

Personal: Born on June 16, 1995 … son of William and Monika Panec … a wildlife management major.
