General: The Worthing, S.D., native, will bring key leadership and experience to the 2020 squad.
Junior (2019): Did not compete for the Tiger cross country team in 2019.
Sophomore (2018): Competed in six meets … finished in 25th place at the Dordt Classic in 28:26.3 minutes … recorded a season best of 27:48.8 at the Briar Cliff Invite … finished off the season with a 37th-place finish at the GPAC Championships.
Freshman (2017): Competed in five meets ... finished in 42nd place at the Dordt Classic in 28:46 ... capped off the season with a 68th-place finish at the GPAC Championships in 28:38.8.
High School: In 2015 he finished 22nd in the State Cross Country Meet … in 2016 he finished 17th in the State Cross Country Meet … best mark in the 5K was 16:51 … 2016 Boys Cross Country MVP … All-Conference Cross Country and Dak-12 Conference member … also played football and basketball for his high school.

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The Dakota Wesleyan University men’s and women’s cross-country teams threw on the spikes and toed the line once again as they competed at the Morningside Invite on Saturday. After the dust had settled and the scores were calculated, both teams came away with some strong performances and a pair of eighth-place finishes.
MITCHELL, S.D. – Expectations are running rampant surrounding the Dakota Wesleyan University cross-country program as both the men’s and women’s teams return a combined 14 upperclassmen with previous racing experience leaving the Tigers with plenty of optimism and motivation entering the 2020 season.
