High School: Ran cross country for two years at Montezuma High School … recorded a personal best of 18:14 minutes in the 5,000 meters … best finish in the event was a third-place finish … also competed on the track, football and basketball teams … participated in track for three years … tallied personal bests of 5:15 and 2:16 minutes in the 1600 meters and 800 meters … best finish in both events was a runner-up finish … best time in the 3200 meters was 12:35 minutes … a member of the Academic Honor Roll.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – In their first race of the 2021 season, the Dakota Wesleyan University men’s and women’s cross country teams toed the line at the Augustana Twilight Meet on Friday night at Yankton Trail Park in Sioux Falls, S.D. Two members of the Dakota Wesleyan women’s cross country team competed in the 5K race while the DWU men battled in the 4-mile race, coming away with a 28th-place finish in the team standings.
