DWU ran into a strong Arizona Christian University squad on the final day of the Tigers' annual trip to the desert.

DWU fell behind early and was unable to recover in a 7-1 loss in game one. The Tigers looked to be in control in the finale, up 3-0 heading to the fifth, but the Firestorm responded with two in the fifth, while a three-run home run in the seventh gave the home team a walk-off 6-3 victory.

The losses drop DWU to 15-11 overall, heading in the start of GPAC play at home Wednesday.
