THREE TIGER SOFTBALL STUDENT-ATHLETS TABBED TO THE NATIONAL SCHOALR ATHLETE LIST

Mitchell, S.D. – The NAIA announced the 2023 Daktronics/NAIA softball scholar-athlete nominees. Among the 1,131-softball student-athletes were three Tiger softball players of sophomore and above academically.

Of the three-softball student-athletes tabbed to the list were, junior catcher from Vail, Arizona, Reagan Grossi; senior pitcher from Tehachapi, California, Meghan Daffern; and junior outfielder, Alyssa Burke.

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach and sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
