General:Set to compete for a starting role in her second season with Dakota Wesleyan.

Freshman (2021-22): Made 33 appearances for the Tigers … knocked down 13 made field goals … shot 48.1% from the floor and 50% in conference … registered 10 points on the road against Midland … snagged 52 total rebounds and grabbed 15 offensive boards … dished out 21 assists ... notched 12 steals.

High School: Played all four seasons at Menno High … four-year starter on the court … averaged 21.6 points and 6.6 rebounds per game for the Wolves in 2021 … notched 82 steals as well as a senior … surpassed 2,000 points in her career … finished as the all-time leading scorer in program history … a Midco Player-of-the-Week recipient … All-State First Team selection … two-time All-State Second Team selection … multiple All-Cornbelt Conference honors … tabbed as the Cornbelt Conference Most-Valuable player … selected for the South Dakota Basketball Coaches Association All-Star game … a finalist for the 2020-21 South Dakota Miss Basketball award … four-year participant in cross country and track and field … four-year letterwinner in both sports.

(RV) TIGERS STIFLE MIDLAND, 85-39, IN FINAL REGULAR-SEASON ROAD CONTEST

Fremont, Neb. – In its final regular-season road contest of the 2021-22 campaign, the (RV) Dakota Wesleyan University women’s basketball program sprinted out to a 19-3 first quarter and stifled Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) opponent Midland University, 85-39, on Saturday afternoon from the Wikert Event Center in Fremont, Neb. Eleven Dakota Wesleyan players scored on the afternoon which guided DWU to its fifth-straight win.

MITCHELL, S.D. – The (RV) Dakota Wesleyan University women’s basketball program, who concluded a three-game homestand, defeated conference rival No. 16 Northwestern College, 63-51, in Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) action on Wednesday night from the Corn Palace. A trio of Dakota Wesleyan players reached double figures as DWU completed the season sweep of Northwestern thanks to a pair of double-digit victories.

MITCHELL, S.D. – Three players reached double figures, including a game-high 13 points from freshman Lacey Sprakel, and the Dakota Wesleyan University women's basketball program completed the season sweep of in-state rival Mount Marty University with a 68-39 victory on Sunday afternoon from the Corn Palace in Mitchell, S.D. Dakota Wesleyan outscored its Great Plains Athletic Conference foe, 22-8, in the first quarter and rolled to its 16th win of the 2021-22 campaign.

Powered by a 24-5 spurge during the second quarter and four different players finishing in double figures, Dakota Wesleyan won its third-consecutive game to open the 2021-22 campaign.
