General: Fryda is set to compete for a larger role at the guard position in her second season with the Tigers.

Freshman (2021-22): Scored 31 points in 18 outings … 24 points in 11 league games … 11 made fields goals and four 3-point baskets … a perfect 5-of-5 from the charity stripe … season-high six points versus Hastings … collected four total rebounds and three defensive boards … notched a trio of steals … dished out two assists … a member of the junior varsity team as well.

High School: Five-year player on the court … averaged 21.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.3 steals and 1.7 assists per contest as a senior … also tallied 49 3-pointers and 72 steals while shooting 79.0% from the charity stripe in her final campaign … recorded over 1,000 career points while becoming the All-Time Leading Scorer in program history …named team's Most-Valuable Offensive player in three seasons… three-time All-LMVC First Team selection … a three-time All-Great Plains selection as well … received All-State Second Team honors … secured Elite 8 Award accolades on the court … four-year starter and five-year letterwinner … also competed on the Scotland High volleyball and track and field teams … served as team captain in both basketball and volleyball … three-year starter and four-year letterwinner at the net … both a six-year participant and letterwinner in track … member of the Academic Honor Roll and National Honor Society … served as Scotland High Student Body President in 2020-21.
