General: Gottlob aims to compete for a starting role in her senior season with the Tigers at the forward position.

Junior (2020-21): Made an appearance in 21 games for DWU … tallied 99 points on 42.9% shooting from the field … career-high 12 points on six made field goals versus Midland … shot 90.0% from the free-throw line ... career-high 14 rebounds against College of Saint Mary … recorded 74 total rebounds, 32 offensive rebounds, six assists, two steals and a pair of blocks.

Sophomore (2019-20): Did not play due to injury.

Freshman (2018-19): Played in 20 games ... snagged 16 rebounds and scored 34 points on the season ... shot 42.9% from the field and 80% from the free-throw line.

BETHEL (TN) OUTLASTS DAKOTA WESLEYAN, 54-53, IN NAIA SECOND ROUND MATCHUP

OMAHA, Neb. – Despite a 21-9 surge to open the contest, the No. 4 Dakota Wesleyan University women's basketball team dropped a heartbreaker, 54-53, versus No. 12 Bethel University (TN) in the second round of the 2022 NAIA Women's Basketball National tournament on Saturday afternoon from DJ Sokol Arena on the campus of Creighton University. Jada Campbell and Matti Reiner combined for 38 points, though Bethel (TN) secured the dramatic, one-point victory in the postseason affair.

OMAHA, Neb. – For the ninth time in program history and the sixth trip under head coach Jason Christensen, the No. 4 Dakota Wesleyan University women's basketball team outlasted No. 13 Saint Francis University (IN), 69-58, in the NAIA Women's Basketball National Tournament opening round on Friday from D.J. Sokol Arena on the campus of Creighton University. Junior forward Matti Reiner secured a game-high 22 points, and Dakota Wesleyan outscored Saint Francis (IN), 22-10, in the final stanza to advance to tomorrow's NAIA second round.
