Bio
Amun-Ra Collins joined the DWU Women's Basketball staff as a graduate assistant coach in June 2026.
Prior to his time with the Tigers, Collins served as the head coach of Women's Club Basketball at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, from 2023 through 2026, where he directly worked with female student-athletes in a collegiate setting and planned and conducted practices emphasizing skill development, team systems, and game preparation. He also was a coach for both Supreme Basketball (Lincoln, Neb.) and Nebraska Wesleyan University in the summer of 2025.
As a player, Collins spent his freshman and medical-redshirt seasons at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa, before transferring to Nebraska Wesleyan for the remainder of his collegiate career. He was named a team captain during his redshirt junior and senior seasons and graduated from NWU with a Bachelor's of Science in Sport Management with a minor in coaching in May 2026.
