TIGER WOMEN’S GOLF SITS SECOND THROUGH THREE ROUNDS AS HINKER LEADS THE TEAM TIED FOR THIRD

Norfolk, Neb. – Dakota Wesleyan women's golf completed the third round of GPAC Golf Championships today as they hold second place by eight strokes. Megan Hinker handed in a round three scorecard with 84 strokes as she is tied for third heading into the final day.

 

How It Happened

Round three of four was complete for the conference championships today in Norfolk, Nebraska as the Tigers look to grab the women's GPAC golf title. Ashley Zimmer sits tied for 22nd place heading into the final round of golf after shooting a 91 today. Zimmer is tied with Lauren Haviat of Concordia at 51 over par heading into the last day. Erin Moncur holds sole possession of seventh place heading into the final day after a round three total of 89. Overall, Moncur is 38 over par heading into the fourth round. Individually, the Tigers are led by Megan Hinker. Hinker tallied several par shots and a handful of bogeys. Hinker is tied for third place with Kendra Placke of Concordia at 22 over and a total score of 238.
