Junior Outdoor (2025): Posted a career-best of 31.95m in the discuss throw at the 2025 Wildcat Classic ... recorded a career-best 42.75m mark in the hammer throw at the USD Early Bird Meet ... competed in eight meets for the Tigers.
Junior Indoor (2024-25): Recorded a personal-best in the shotput at the SDSU Holiday Open and Multi with a mark of 10.15m ... recorded marks in six total meets during the indoor season.
Sophomore Outdoor (2023-24): Competed in eight meets ... had a career-best and top-10 finish in the javelin throw with a toss of 33.42m while also recording a career-best mark of 30.63m in the discus at the Dewey Donat Classic (4/20-21/24) ... was credited with at-the-time career-best finishes in the shot put with a throw of 10.12m and the hammer throw with a mark of 42.40m at the DSU Twilight (4/23/24) ... was named a 2024 Daktronic NAIA Scholar Athlete.
Sophomore Indoor (2023-24): Threw shot put and weight throw in five meets for the Tigers … at the USD Alumni Meet Sam threw her personal best 9.59m in the shot put and then at the DWU Alumni Meet threw a new PB 13.62m in the weight throw.
Freshman Outdoor (2023): Competed in five meets...recorded a season-best in the discus with a throw of 26.13m and in the hammer throw with a mark of 33.85m at the Sioux City Relays (4/14-15/23)...credited with a season-best in the javelin with a mark of 26.04m at the Mount Marty Twilight (4/26/23)
Freshman Indoor (2022-23): Competed in six meets...had season-bests in the shot put with a toss of 8.76m and weight throw at 11.37m at the Mount Marty Last Chance (2/11/23)
High School: Personal bests of 71'11" and 24'11" in the shot put and discus, respectively... competed in volleyball and hockey as well during her prep career... awarded the Hustler Award in hockey.
