High School: 2025 graduate of elko high school, Huckins joins the Tgers after a standout prep career that included multiple top-3 finishes at the NIAA 3A state championships in the shot put and discus ... as a junior, she placed third in the shot put with a mark of 34'1.5", and was the state runner-up in discus with a throw of 105'0" ... she continued her progression as a senior, setting a personal best of 35'3.5" in the shot put and improving her discus mark to 123'8" ... at the 2025 NIAA 3A state meet, she finished third in shot put and earned her second consecutive runner-up finish in the discus ... outside of track Huckins was a varsity starter in football(4), softball(8), and wrestling (2) where she earned letters in all ... awarded the Triple E for three sports and earned the warrior award for football ... in the classroom she was a National Scholor Society member.
