LINDSAY WILBER TABBED AS WOMEN’S COLLEGE COACH OF THE YEAR FROM SOUTH DAKOTA SPORTWRITERS’

Mitchell, S.D. – Dakota Wesleyan women's volleyball head coach Lindsay Wilber was tabbed as the 2022 South Dakota Sportswriters' Women's College Coach of the Year on Christmas Eve after leading Tiger volleyball to their highest ranking ever at sixth and the programs first NAIA Women's Volleyball National Tournament final eight appearance.

Coach Wilber has led the program to back-to-back seasons with 25 wins or more, along with back-to-back NAIA National Tournament appearances for the first time in program history. The Tigers 2022 season consisted of several wins against top-10 opponents, a near perfect record at home of 9-1. Wilber also coaches a pair of NAIA All-Americans, CSC Academic All-America players, and an AVCA West Central Attacker of the Year.
