SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Elizabeth Tyler has been named the GPAC's back-to-back Defender of the Week following two impressive performances against Morningside and Concordia.
Tyler tallied 35 digs in a crucial four-set victory over the Morningside Mustangs, recording a season-high 35 digs during the contest, and following that up with 21 additional digs against the highly-ranked Concordia Bulldogs. Between the two matches, Lizzie averaged eight digs-per-set and had 57 total serve receptions without a receiving error. She also recorded three service aces during the week of competition.
