General: The Rapid City, S.D., native begins her first season with the Dakota Wesleyan University track and field team. 

High School: Competed in both the 100 and 200 meters at Rapid City Central High School … best finish in the 100 meters was a fifth-place finish at the Douglas Early Bird Invitational … clocked a time of 28.23 seconds in the 200 meters at the Pierre American Legion Relays … also competed in several relays, the 400 meters and the long jump for Rapid City Central High … best mark in the long jump was 16.-6.75 feet at the Track-O-Rama Invitational … a two-year member of both the cross country and volleyball teams … received the Most Spirited award behind the net … a four-year member of the Academic Honor Roll.

VERMILLION, S.D. – Sunny and windy conditions set the scene across the South Dakota horizon as the Dakota Wesleyan University track and field program battled the likes of NCAA Division I, Division II, NAIA and NJCAA competition at the USD Early Bird Invite from the Lillibridge Track and Field Complex in Vermillion, S.D. Lila Gronseth, placing top-20 in both the discus throw and shot put, notched an NAIA 'B' standard in the shot put competition while Caden Milmine furthered his current standard in the shot put as well.

STORM LAKE, Iowa – Fresh off a successful indoor campaign, the Dakota Wesleyan University track and field program commenced the 2021-22 outdoor docket at the BVU Outdoor Invite on Saturday, and Dakota Wesleyan dialed several impressive first-place finishes along with an NAIA 'B' standard and a meet record.

CRETE, Neb. – Looking to maintain its stride headed into postseason competition, the Dakota Wesleyan University track and field program registered both an NAIA ‘B’ standard and new program record along with several All-GPAC performances at the 2022 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) indoor track and field championships on Saturday from Fuhrer Fieldhouse in Crete, Neb. Senior jumper Lia Guigui hit the NAIA 'B' standard in the women’s high jump while Tiger sophomore Katlyn Briggs extended the DWU program record in the weight throw event.

YANKTON, S.D. – Just one week away from the 2022 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) indoor track and field championships, the Dakota Wesleyan University track and field program leaped into action this weekend at the SDSU Indoor Classic as well as the Mount Marty Last Chance Invite. The men’s distance medley relay, comprised of Caleb Sayler, Justin Sorensen, Hunter Shanks and Wyatt Baldauf, secured a new program record on Friday while eight different Tigers secured top-3 finishes in their respective events on Saturday.

VERMILLION, S.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University track and field program, just two weeks out from the Great Plains Athletic Conference Indoor Championships, faced stiff competition including NCAA DI, DII, and NAIA challengers at the University of South Dakota Alumni Meet in Vermillion, S.D. Highlighting the day, senior throws specialist Caden Milmine captured a third-place finish in the men’s shot put field while several other Tigers registered impressive performances on Saturday afternoon from Mildred J. Hillenbrand Memorial Track.

YANKTON, S.D. – Two members of the Dakota Wesleyan University track and field program came away with first-place finishes as the Tigers competed at the Mount Marty Invite on Saturday from the Ruth Donohoe First Dakota Fieldhouse in Yankton, S.D. Sophomore thrower Katlyn Briggs continued her dominance with a victory in the women’s weight throw while senior Lia Guigui captured the event title in the women’s high jump.

Senior Caden Milmine highlighted the competition with a season best and NAIA 'A' standard in the men's shot put while several other Tigers shined in their respective events.

MITCHELL, S.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University men's and women's track and field program circumvented the winter weather by heating up the track as both squads came away with several first-place finishes along with a pair of NAIA National 'A' standards at the DWU Early Bird Invite on Saturday from the DWU/Avera Sports and Wellness Complex in Mitchell, S.D. Morgan Taft, who claimed the women's weight throw title, hit an NAIA National Standard in the event while fellow Tiger senior Caden Milmine also earned a provisional mark in the men's shot put after a first-place finish.
