General: After recording over 1,000-career kills and digs, Brunsing brings her talents to DWU in hopes to make an immediate impact.

Freshman (2021): Burns appeared in all 35 matches for the Tigers in the 2021 season, notching 20 starts and 116 sets played… she tallied 156 digs with 19 assists and 19 service aces… ten of her 19 total assists came against Briar Cliff… she tallied a season high 11 digs at Briar Cliff as well.

High School: Finished with 1,346 kills, 1,048 digs, 99 aces and a .292 career hitting percentage ... named All-State First Team ... four-time LMVC and three-time SESD member ... Elite-8 Award winner ... Midco Player-of-the-Year contender twice ... named MVP of her team ... tabbed as Most Improved on her team ... two-time MaxPreps Player-of-the-Week ... competed on the Corn Palace Area Club team ... four-year starter and five-time varsity letterwinner in volleyball ... also competed in basketball for four years and track for four seasons ... two-time LMVC member and SESD member once in basketball ... three-time state track qualifier ... finished with a 4.0 GPA ... the secretary for the National Honor Society ...
