General: The Tiger senior will be called upon during the 2021 season after racing at four meets a season ago.

Junior (2020): Raced at four meets … best finish was a 57th-place finish at the 2020 GPAC Championships (22:12.4) … logged a season-best  21:11.0 minutes in the 5k at the Briar Cliff Invite.

Sophomore (2019): Did not compete for the Tiger cross-country team in 2019.

Freshman (2018): Competed in six races … recorded a season best of 20:33.9 minutes at the Briar Cliff Invite … finished off the season with a 68th-place finish at the GPAC Championships (21:49.2).

High School: Helped her team to a 4th place finish at the state track meet in the 4x400-meter dash with a time of 63 seconds … helped her team to a fifth-place finish at the Howard Wood Relays in the 4x800-meter dash with a time of 2:33 … best finish in the 3,200-meter run was at the Howard Wood Relays with a time of 12:32.05 and placed 51st at the state meet … best finish in the 4,000-meter run was at the state cross country meet with a time of 16:46, placing 26th … her best 5,000-meter run finish was at the region cross country meet with a time of 20:59 and also placed eighth at the state meet … was the cross country captain and volleyball captain … she was on the honor roll all four years … also a recipient of multiple Outstanding Reading Awards … best local history project … ranked sixth in her class academically.

Orange City, Iowa – On a pleasantly warm fall morning, the Dakota Wesleyan University men's and women's cross country teams threw on the spikes and competed at the 2021 Great Plains Athletic Conference Championships on Saturday morning from Landsmeer Golf Course in Orange City, Iowa. After the results were finalized and the scores tallied, the Dakota Wesleyan women's squad notched an 11th-place team finish in the 5K race while the men's team registered a ninth-place finish in the 8K.
